The Section 3 Boys Soccer Handbook, formerly a yellow binder full of information related to high school soccer, is now online and found only at this website location.
Soccer-specific information such as tournament entry forms, yellow or red card forms, etc. will be found on the this page.
Other Section 3 materials, forms, rules, and those which are common to many sports - such as transfer forms, disqualification forms and the like - will be found elsewhere on this site.

Our policies and procedures are mostly unchanged for next year.  These are found below.  There are few major rule changes; most changes are clarifying the language in the rule book.  One item to be aware of is that in 2012, all home uniforms and socks must be WHITE and away uniforms and socks must be dark.  ALL uniforms, including the goalkeeper's, must be numbered.
Please remember to familiarize yourselves with the new state rule on scrimmages.

On the website, we have added information about this year's state finals.  Keep in mind, the Oneonta Hall of Fame is out of business, so the NYS Final 4 will be in Middleburg this year and the next.  Our boys' sectional final sites again this year will not be determined until we know the participants, as we try to provide the best travel and field situations for both schools.  We have posted brackets for the NYSPHSAA tourney; the Section 3 tourney brackets will be posted shortly after our seeding meeting in October.  Keep in mind the deadlines of October 20 for regular mail and October 22 by email, to enter your team in the 2010 sectional tournament.

Good luck to all this season!!
